What services are not included?


While Cleaning Force LLC strives to provide comprehensive cleaning, certain tasks are excluded due to safety concerns. These include:
- Wiping down electrical items and areas with a wet cloth.
- Moving excessively heavy furniture.
- Cleaning animal waste and other pet areas.
- Washing the exterior of home windows.
- Tackling hard-to-reach areas.

 

How do I prepare for a cleaning?

Preparation isn't required, but for an efficient cleaning process, consider decluttering your home. Clear communication about specific tasks and considerations will help our professional cleaners deliver the best service.

What can I expect from Cleaning Force LLC?
Expect a meticulous home cleaning. Our skilled cleaners will thoroughly clean each room, ensuring a spotless environment. Your home will be left fresh-smelling for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

What is the Customer Satisfaction Policy?
Cleaning Force LLC promises your satisfaction. If you're not delighted, we'll address it. Our skilled cleaners ensure your home meets the highest standards. If needed, we stand by our work and offer a re-cleaning to make it right.

What is your cancellation policy?

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Cleaning Force LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund for canceled services.

 

What's your refund policy?
If dissatisfied, call within 24 hours with pictures of missed areas. Under our Customer Satisfaction Policy, we offer at least one free re-clean of the concerned area. 

 

When are payments due?
Payments are due in full upon arrival of services. Our system places a hold on credit cards the day prior and attempt to collect payment as cleaners are the day prior to the cleaning. Failure to have the available funds or pay may result in delayed services.
